The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and its garden with fruit trees. You will find a private salt pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4m and a depth range of between 0.90 and 1.80m, which will be perfect for cooling off. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can sunbathe or relax and a porch where you can prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy with your companions. It also has a rest area and a table to eat or have something to drink on summer nights. There is a ping pong table and a wooden house ideal for the little ones. The property is fenced and you will be able to enjoy total privacy.

Distributed all on the same floor, the interior is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. You will find a living room with Satellite TV and Smart TV equipped with AC that leads to the induction kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. You will be able to taste their dishes at the dining table located in the same kitchen, as well as extend your evenings. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping, they have three bedrooms. Two with a double bed and fan and the third with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the house there are two more bathrooms with a shower, one of them is located outside the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Artá has a small pedestrian area where you can make all the purchases for your daily needs. On Tuesdays the weekly farmers market takes place in the center of town. You will find local culinary specialties, as well as Mallorcan crafts. The closest beaches are Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and the bay of Cala Millor. In Cala Ratjada you can enjoy the local nightlife, take a walk along the harbor promenade or stop somewhere to enjoy a delicious meal. In Son Servera, also very close, you can find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the Son Servera Golf Course and Club. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
