The outdoor area of ​​this charming town house is perfect to enjoy the summer near the sea. It has a refreshing private chlorine pool that measures 5.50 x 3 meters and has a constant depth of 1.60 meters. In addition, you can tan on the sun loungers, have an aperitif at the outdoor table under the umbrella, or enjoy a delicious barbecue on the porch next to the house. The property is fenced, in the center of town and with close neighbors.

The house has a cozy traditional style and all its rooms are located on the ground floor. The dining room is equipped with a fireplace, Smart TV, satellite channels and a table for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook during your stay. Here you will also find the washing machine. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. You will also find two bathrooms with shower. In the house they have an iron and ironing board and we can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby. Finally, the living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning with heat pump.

Portocolom is one of the most popular destinations on the island of Mallorca. It is a traditional fishing village with a lot of charm, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Cala Marçal, with white sand and crystal clear waters, is the main beach and is located just over a kilometer from the house. After a day at the beach, you will probably want to walk along the seashore admiring the old fishermen's houses or through the alleys at the back of the promenade where you will find numerous boutiques and souvenir shops.
