Outside, the wonderful and refreshing protagonist is the chlorine pool that measures 5 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2 meters. In addition, it has a safety fence for children. The outdoor areas also offer 2 porches with outdoor dining tables, a fantastic built-in barbecue and a children's play area for the little ones in the house. A bathroom with shower completes the exteriors. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The 2-story house has a simple and cozy style to enjoy a magnificent vacation. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with satellite TV and decorative fireplace; then the large dining room for 6 people; and finally the kitchen with a wood stove, induction cooker, breakfast table and all the equipment to cook during your vacation. The laundry area is separate and includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first bedroom, with a double bed, is still located on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower. Already on the upper floor we have the other 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds and access to a large terrace. Another bathroom with shower completes this level. Finally, in the house they have 4 fans, as well as a crib and high chair if you travel with your baby.
The beautiful house is located on the outskirts of Porreres, where you will find all the basic services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The nearby road will take you to the wonderful beaches in the southeast of the island, such as Calas de Mallorca, Portocolom or Cala d'Or. The area also offers different routes for cyclists, or the opportunity to play your favorite sport at the nearby Son Antem Golf course, 20 km from the house. Gezellige woonruimte met alles wat je nodig hebt.
De buitenruimte was prachtig, vooral de speeltuin bij het zwembad. Ik voelde me heerlijk ontspannen terwijl ik de kinderen zag spelen en zelf onder de parasol bij het tuinmeubilair lag.
Voor de prijs leverde deze plek meer dan verwacht. Het BBQ-gebied buiten is fantastisch voor avondmaaltijden, plus de eettafels zijn perfect voor bijeenkomsten. Heb echt genoten van mijn snelle ontsnapping hier.
Kleine maar aantrekkelijke details vielen hier echt op.
Het is handig om dicht bij lokale winkels en restaurants te zijn, alles is op loopafstand.
Het huis was goed uitgerust, vooral de keuken met zijn inductiekookplaat en houtkachel. De slaapkamers waren ruim, en het hebben van twee badkamers maakte het gemakkelijk voor iedereen om zich tegelijkertijd klaar te maken. Over het algemeen een solide basis voor het verkennen van Mallorca.
Gunstige locatie met alle benodigde voorzieningen in de nab vicinity.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam tijdens mijn verblijf. Het chloor zwembad was verfrissend na een dag van verkennen, en ik genoot van de gezellige woonkamer met de open haard. Perfect om te ontspannen na het wandelen rond Porreres.
Deze accommodatie had goede voorzieningen in vergelijking met andere waar ik heb verbleven. De wifi werkte prima tijdens mijn thuiswerkdagen en ik was ook erg blij met de wasfaciliteiten. Het voelde als een thuis weg van huis tijdens mijn reis.
De accommodatie is perfect voor gezinnen, vooral met het kinderbedje en de kinderstoel die beschikbaar zijn. Dit maakte het reizen met onze baby zoveel gemakkelijker.
Het pand is goed onderhouden en schoon. Het voelde gezellig toen we aankwamen.
De locatie is rustig, weg van de drukte. Het was een geweldige plek om te ontspannen.
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit prachtige huis! Het chloorbad was een verfrissende afwisseling, vooral na een dag vol ontdekkingen. De eethoek buiten was perfect voor onze familiediners.
De houtkachel in de keuken zorgde voor een gezellige sfeer, vooral tijdens de koelere avonden. Het was een fijne extra.
