The exteriors of this property are impressive. In addition to a majestic construction, the real star is the private salt pool - measuring 7 x 3 m and 1 to 1.7 m deep - where you can cool off after sunbathing. Then, the terrace invites you to prepare delicious barbecues and spend the afternoon chatting and admiring the views.

The house offers 2 floors. From the terrace you access a beautiful glass-enclosed living-dining room, perfect for admiring the beautiful views while eating or relaxing. Next you access the kitchen, traditional in style and equipped with a gas stove, open to another living room, where you can watch satellite television or listen to music. This room is equipped with A/C and fireplace. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor and another with a shower on the upper floor, where there are also the 3 bedrooms with a wardrobe. Two offer a double bed and the third a single bed. A double offers A/C. There are 11 radiators in the house. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The house runs on solar energy.

The villa is located 4.5 km from Inca, a small town with everything you need such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops of all kinds, etc. Every Thursday morning their traditional market is held. Being quite central on the island, they have easy and quick access in any direction. The nearest beach, Puerto de Alcúdia, is 21.7 km away or about 25-30 minutes driving.
