The exterior stands out for its well-kept garden and relaxation areas where we can truly enjoy the summer in Mallorca. It has a fabulous irregularly shaped chlorine pool that measures 7 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 1.5 meters, where adults and children can enjoy a relaxing bath in a quiet environment surrounded by nature. In addition, you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers while the little ones play on the grass. One of the most impressive things about the house are the wonderful views that we can admire from various points outside: the sofa area where we can have a drink at sunset, the front porch, furnished with a fantastic outdoor dining table for 8 people, and which continues to the other side of the house that offers another dining table and sofa area, ideal for drinking vermouth before eating. There is also a barbecue where you can cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.

The house itself is distributed over three floors and 400 m2 with a modern style that includes all the comforts for a perfect stay. From the porch we enter the first room that offers a comfortable and large sofa where we can sit and watch satellite television all together as a family. The second living room, on the same floor, offers a large sofa and formal dining area for 6 people. The large windows not only allow abundant light to enter but we can also continue admiring the wonderful views over the Pla de Mallorca also from the interior. The fabulous kitchen is independent and offers everything the family chef may need to cook his best stews: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher,... as well as a comfortable dining table for 8 people. Of course, it also has access to the outside for your greater comfort. Our guests will find 4 bedrooms where they can rest after a day full of activities. The first of all is on the ground floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, as well as access to the outside. A charming bathroom with a bathtub completes this main floor. When going up the stairs, our guests will be able to enjoy another living area also with large windows and open to the dining room below. The remaining three bedrooms are located on this floor. All three offer a double bed and wardrobe. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A third bathroom with a separate shower and a whirlpool bathtub where you can enjoy a relaxing bath with spectacular views serves this floor. The garage, the laundry room - with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board - and a bathroom with shower are located in the basement. Finally, the house has air conditioning in the two rooms on the ground floor and in all bedrooms. We also put at your disposal a crib and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.

If your intention is to visit as many places as possible in Mallorca, Inca is undoubtedly the best choice. The house is located in a very quiet urbanization in the town, surrounded by vegetation and with views that reach the bay of Alcudia. The distances to other points on the island are practically equidistant: you can visit the Tramuntana mountain range and the beautiful Lluc Monastery; the northern beaches, such as Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa; or the capital, Palma, which offers a great cultural and leisure offer. In the city we will find all the services for an independent stay such as bars, traditional Mallorcan food cellars, fashion stores,... Every Thursday the center is filled with life and animation thanks to the weekly market where you can buy all kinds of local products or crafts. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
