The exteriors consist of a beautiful private chlorine pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers for tanning and a furnished porch, where you can have a barbecue with your loved ones. The well formerly supplied water to the house, but is closed today. The pool has a size of 7.5m x 3.5m and a depth ranging from 1.2m to 1.8m and invites you to a refreshing swim. An external staircase guides you to the furnished terrace; an idyllic place for dinner or a gin and tonic in the afternoon.

The terrace gives access to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. The living-dining room with TV-SAT (German channels) is modern and comfortable. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor there is a room with a double bed, one with two single beds and another with a bunk bed, all with a wardrobe. Upstairs you have the fourth bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and an unfurnished terrace. A bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet serve the house. There is a cot, a high chair, a fan and 5 radiators. In addition, the living-dining room and all bedrooms, except the one with a bunk bed, offer air conditioning.

Llubà is a small town in the north-central part of Mallorca and is a 15-minute drive from dream beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. In the center of the town of Llubí you will find a grocery store, restaurants and cafes. Through a pleasant walk through the alleys, perhaps accompanied by a glass of wine, you will be able to get to know the essence of this beautiful Mallorcan town.

Our clients will have access to the first floor and the second floor, since the ground floor is a closed storage room that cannot be used. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
