The house is located within a 16,000 m2 plot that guarantees total privacy in an idyllic rural environment.
Outside we can find a large space with artificial grass, terrace and porch around a magnificent private chlorine pool measuring 13 x 3.5 m and a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.70 m. The terrace area is furnished and includes a barbecue, and is ideal for enjoying lunch and dinner outdoors.
The single-story house has 200 m2 and a functional architecture following the Mallorcan style. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and dining area, prepared for 10 people. The kitchen is gas and is fully equipped. The living room area has comfortable sofas and a pellet stove for the coldest days, with direct access to the outside area. The four double bedrooms are spacious and bright, have a heat pump (there is no cold air available) and have direct access to the terrace. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the house also has two other bathrooms also with a shower that serve the rest of the house. The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, and Wi-Fi and has parking for 5 vehicles.
The house is located in Pla de Mallorca, near Manacor and Felanitx. It is ideal to disconnect and relax and walk through the surrounding towns. You can enjoy a wide gastronomic offer in the neighboring towns of Vilafranca and Porreres. It also has easy access to the beaches and coves in the south and east of the island through the Ma-15 and Ma-5110 highways. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Binnengekomen in een mooi ingericht woongebied waardoor het settelen vanaf het begin makkelijk werd. Wi-Fi werkte prima terwijl ik tijdens mijn verblijf achterop raakte met werk. De keuken had alles wat je nodig hebt voor maaltijdbereiding dus daar hoefde ik me geen zorgen over te maken!
De indeling van de accommodatie is functioneel ontworpen, zodat iedereen voldoende ruimte heeft en zich verbonden voelt bij het gebruik van het zwembad.
Wij genoten van de ruime tuin die perfect was voor kinderen om te spelen terwijl wij aan het koken waren of lekker in de zon lagen.
We konden soepel inchecken zonder enige problemen. De slaapkwaliteit was uitstekend dankzij de rustige omgeving en comfortabele bedden. Bovendien is parkeren ook erg eenvoudig!
Het was niet bijzonder uitzonderlijk, maar het bood wel het comfort waar we naar op zoek waren. De kamer voelde ruim en privé aan, absoluut beter dan andere accommodaties in drukke toeristische gebieden.
Gezien de prijs biedt deze plek veel waar voor je geld. Het heeft een fantastisch zwembad, ruime kamers en een handige barbecueplek buiten. Ideaal als je een groep wilt ontvangen.
Rustige avonden doorgebracht bij de BBQ-ruimte compleet alles waard om er te zijn. Gewoon relaxte sfeer met goede vrienden.
De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is hier perfect; alles wat u nodig heeft is binnen handbereik, inclusief hoogwaardige keukenapparatuur en comfortabele stoelen bij het zwembad.
We kwamen laat aan na een lange autorit, en de accommodatie voldeed precies aan onze verwachtingen. Het zwembad was heerlijk om te ontspannen. Elke slaapkamer had directe toegang tot buiten, waardoor de ochtenden met de zon erg aangenaam waren. Een prima optie voor iedereen die even wil ontsnappen aan de dagelijkse sleur en nieuwe energie wil opdoen.
Fantastische uitzichten vanaf het terras! Genoot van mijn ochtendkoffie bij het zwembad voordat we de nabijgelegen dorpjes gingen verkennen.
