Of the bedrooms located on the ground floor, there are two that are accessed from an exterior door, they do not have direct access inside the house; In addition, there are also two bedrooms separated from each other by a curtain. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms, there is a bathroom with shower on the 1st floor that serves the entire house.

The living room is very cozy, it has three sofas, a small table, and TV-Sat. There is a secondary living room equipped with two sofas. The dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs; and the kitchen-dining room, independent and with vitro, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem; It also has a fireplace. The Maria de la Salut area is in the center of the island, therefore it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by people from the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so, you will find everything you need in María de la Salut: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants.

In just 15 minutes driving you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Spend a good day on the fine sand beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants where you can eat paella, with the most impressive views of the sea. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is a very lively area that contrasts with the very quiet Playa de Muro area. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby.
