The exteriors of this property are beautiful. These have several garden areas and, in general, a beautiful land, but the best of all is the chlorine pool surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding fields. The pool is 7 x 4 m long and wide, with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 2 m, and two sun loungers next to it to sunbathe in the most absolute calm and privacy. And just a few steps away, you have the porch of the house, perfectly furnished to spend a pleasant evening dining on delicious delicacies grilled from the barbecue and having a drink.

The house distributes its rooms on a single floor. The living room-kitchen-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, is very functional as it has everything in the same room. So you can enjoy cooking on the ceramic hob while you prepare and have a snack and chat all together. After an exquisite meal, you can sit on the sofa to watch satellite television or read an interesting book. In a separate space there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is completed by a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower.

Moscari is a small, charming town located in the Tramuntana, whose municipality is the picturesque town of Selva. The Moscari area is ideal for those looking for tranquility, the mountains, excursions, walks and meeting people with authentic Mallorcan customs. You will also find everything you may need during your stay, such as the Sa Plaça Restaurant in the town square, highly recommended, but, to delight in more gastronomy or for larger purchases, you will have to go to Inca, located about 5 km or 10 minutes by car. And to visit the beach, the closest is Puerto de Alcúdia, about 18 km away, with crystal clear waters and fine white sand, but if you want to see beautiful beaches and coves of stones and rock, we recommend going to the Sierra and discover Cala Tuent or Sa Calobra. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
