Here you can enjoy your own piece of Mallorca, but being close to all the services that a town offers. Four sun loungers are at your disposal to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. The chlorine pool is private and has a size of 5.4m x 2.7m and a depth of 1.5m. There is also a ping pong table and barbecue. Before and after swimming, you can use the outside shower. On the terrace you can celebrate great evenings and meals outdoors. The house plot is fenced. Because it is within the town, there are neighbors next door.

In the interior decoration we can see the great dedication and love of the owners towards this house. It is tastefully equipped so that you can feel at home. The house has AC in all its rooms. On the ground floor, you can relax on the sofa in the living room, watch a movie on the Smart-TV or eat together. The kitchen has a cheerful style and is - thanks to the large windows - very bright. Here you can cook your favorite dishes as the kitchen has utensils such as a mixer, oven, induction hob and kitchen utensils. In addition, there is a table and several chairs to eat there. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and iron with ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe. Both have space to prepare a cot if you are traveling with your baby and there is also a baby bath. Additionally, we can prepare a high chair upon request. One bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and there is a further separate bathroom with shower on the first floor. The third and last bedroom is on the second floor and has a double bed, a wardrobe and an unfurnished balcony with beautiful views over the roofs of the village.

The farm is located in Muro, in the north of Mallorca, 15 km from the coast and dream beaches such as Can Picafort and Capellanes. The beach offers many services such as rental of hammocks and umbrellas, beach bars serving good cocktails and food and the possibility of practicing water sports. In Can Picafort you can take a long walk on the promenade, party or go shopping. In the town of Muro you will find everything you need for an independent stay, e.g. supermarket, gas station and bars.

There are 3 bicycles at your disposal in the house as well as space to store your bicycles. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage.
