The exteriors are perfect to enjoy a sun and beach vacation. It has a small garden area, several terraces where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue with the best company and a solarium area where you can enjoy the sun with sea views. The house has direct neighbors.
The 2-story house offers a cozy style with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It is divided into 2 floors and in each of them you will find: a large dining room with TV and access to the porch or terrace, which connects with the kitchen - equipped with gas stove - through a comfortable arch; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds; and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The first floor is accessed from the outside and the upper solarium terrace is accessed from the first floor. The house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby.
The house is located in a residential area a few meters from one of the best beaches on the island, Platja de Muro, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea, practice water sports, take long walks along the seashore, etc. Not far away is Can Picafort, with all the services and a great summer atmosphere, just like in Port d'Alcúdia. You can enjoy a different day visiting the Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca, which is located just 650 meters from the house. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Het huis is over het algemeen geweldig en de locatie is fantastisch! Het ligt tussen veel locals, waardoor het strand erg rustig is. Desondanks ben je snel in het stadje met zijn levendige sfeer. We hebben echter drie stroomstoringen gehad, waardoor we ook geen water hadden. De eigenaren waren totaal onbereikbaar. Na talloze telefoontjes kregen we uiteindelijk contact met het verhuurbedrijf, maar tegen die tijd was onze telefoonrekening al behoorlijk hoog. Het verhuurbedrijf kon ons niet direct helpen, maar pas de volgende dag. Het is echter onacceptabel dat we met zeven personen, en zeker met kleine kinderen, geen gebruik kunnen maken van het toilet. We moesten daarom op eigen kosten een elektricien inschakelen.
De nabijheid van Can Picafort was een pluspunt! We waardeerden de levendige sfeer en de lokale voorzieningen.
De locatie is fantastisch, op slechts een korte loopafstand van Platja de Muro. We brachten de meeste van onze dagen door op het strand, genietend van de zon en watersporten,
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met het verkennen van het nabijgelegen Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca. Het was maar een korte afstand van het huis,
De airconditioning was een groot pluspunt tijdens ons verblijf in de zomer. We hebben heerlijk geslapen!
Een gezellig huis met twee verdiepingen, met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie. De keuken was goed uitgerust en maakte het bereiden van maaltijden gemakkelijk.
Het zonnedek was mijn favoriete plek! Ik heb er vele middagen zonnebadend met uitzicht doorgebracht,
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met het verkennen van de omgeving. De bushalte was handig dichtbij voor dagtochten.
