Omschrijving

The chalet, with a single floor and 140 m2, is ideal for families and small groups of friends. All rooms have double beds with air conditioning. There are 2 full bathrooms, one en suite, with a shower, and the other is equipped with a hydromassage bathtub. All rooms have wardrobes. The house also has air conditioning in the living room.

You can enjoy a good breakfast on the porch, equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people. In the living room there is a sofa and a large armchair where you can rest, surf the internet (WIFI) or watch satellite television. The independent kitchen has everything you may need to cook during your vacation. The plot (with the house) measures approximately 500 m2 and has a 3x3 elevated pool where you can enjoy the afternoons after the beach.

You can park in front of the chalet on the street, there is no cost. The accommodation is located within an urbanization and that is why there are direct neighbors.

The location of the chalet is perfect because everything you need for your vacation is accessible on foot, in a few minutes, or in a moment, if you have a car or by bus. Near the chalet there is a supermarket, restaurants and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes to Puerto de Alcúdia (center), the town of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença and other addresses such as Ca'n Picafort. The beach, with fine sand, is 1 km away.

In Puerto de Alcudia there are a lot of restaurants of all kinds; shops and leisure activities. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town becomes a bustling place full of life. Apart from visiting the port, don't forget to visit the ancient Roman ruins where you can see a beautiful amphitheater.

By car or bus you can easily reach other areas with beaches that are worth it; Beaches of Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Formentor Beach or Puerto de Pollensa. We also recommend Cala de San Vicente and if you can visit the town of Pollensa, Calvari and its charming main square could be a good half-day excursion. To access Calvari, you will have to climb more than 200 steps – but it is worth it! For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
