On the first floor of a small block of four apartments is this charming apartment, where you can enjoy a garden area for communal use with up to 12 sun loungers and direct access to the beach, a true marvel! It also has a wonderful private terrace, furnished to enjoy the sound of the waves while reading something interesting or while having lunch or dinner all together, accompanied by a bottle of wine.

Once inside they have a wonderful and bright living room with satellite television and air conditioning. The kitchen is gas and is equipped to cook like at home. If you wish to eat inside, the porch table is at your disposal to place inside. There are three bedrooms, two of them with a wardrobe. One offers a double bed, another has two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the third has a bunk bed measuring 90x1.80 m, which is preferable for use with children. There is a second bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. A cot and a high chair are available. The laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is for communal use.

Throughout the Bay of Alcúdia you will enjoy crystal clear waters and fine white sand, as well as sports or water attractions. If you prefer a rocky beach, be sure to visit the coves of La Victoria. You will also find a great gastronomic, cultural and leisure offer, both during the day and at night in Puerto de Alcúdia. Some places that you cannot miss are the Formentor Lighthouse or the charming town of Alcúdia, where its legendary market is held every Tuesday and Sunday where you can buy artisanal products from the island.
