On the first floor of a small block of four apartments you will find this beautiful apartment, where you can enjoy a garden area for communal use with up to 12 sun loungers for your quiet moments in the sun and with direct access to the beach. Once inside the accommodation, they have an incredible furnished terrace to enjoy the soft noise of the waves while you all eat together or have a glass of wine after a long day at the beach or upon returning from a walk.

Once inside, they find a modern living room with satellite television and air conditioning. The kitchen is gas and is equipped to cook comfortably during your vacation. If you want to eat inside the house, the porch table is at your disposal to place in the living room. For your rest you have two bedrooms with a wardrobe; one of them equipped with air conditioning. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is a second bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. A cot and a high chair are at your disposal. The laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is for communal use.

To enjoy the crystal clear waters, fine sand and sports or water attractions there is no other place like Puerto de Alcúdia. The beach is very extensive and has gentle waves. If you prefer a rocky beach, we recommend visiting the coves of La Victoria. You will also find a great gastronomic, cultural and leisure offer, both during the day and at night in Puerto de Alcúdia. Some places that you cannot miss are the Formentor viewpoint or the town of Alcúdia, where its legendary market is held every Tuesday and Sunday where you can buy artisanal products from the island.
