The exteriors of this house invite you to enjoy the good weather to the fullest. The house has a private chlorine pool that measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 meters. Next to it you will find sun loungers for sunbathing, a shower to rinse off the salt and sand from the beach, and a grass area for the little ones in the house to run around. Going up some stairs you have the porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue while contemplating the views of the sea in the background. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors.
The single-story house offers a cozy style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. Living room, dining room and kitchen share a large space equipped with AC, satellite TV, fireplace and ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next you have the 3 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. They all have AC. There is another bathroom with a shower in the house. Finally, we can offer you a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby.
This wonderful house is located on the outskirts of Portocristo, just 300 meters from Cala Anguila, a small beach with fine sand, turquoise blue waters and exceptional beauty. But you can visit other nearby and equally beautiful coves such as Cala Mandia or Cala Romántica. They have all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants in Portocristo, where you also cannot miss visiting the mythical Cuevas del Drach.
The air conditioning/heat pump is coin operated.

De locatie en de villa waren fantastisch. Veel ruimte, groot zwembad. Het enige minpuntje was de toeslag van €1 per uur voor de airconditioning. Er had voldoende toiletpapier moeten zijn; er was alleen de rol die al hing. Verder was het geweldig 👍🏼 Alle kleine problemen die werden gemeld, werden direct opgelost.
Het zwembad is ideaal om af te koelen na een dagje strand. Doordat we in een rustige buurt wonen, konden we in alle rust van onze tijd aan het water genieten.
De barbecue op de porch viel ons tijdens het verblijf echt op en maakte het gemakkelijk om van maaltijden te genieten.
De slaapkwaliteit was echt goed dankzij de rustige omgeving en de comfortabele bedden. Bovendien was het handig dat er winkels in de buurt waren voor het ontbijt.
Deze kamer had alles wat we nodig hadden om te werken en te ontspannen. De airconditioning werkte prima, waardoor we comfortabel en productief konden blijven tijdens ons verblijf. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens terugkomen.
Ik zou deze plek zonder aarzelen opnieuw boeken. De ligging vlakbij Cala Anguila maakte het gemakkelijk om snel naar het strand te gaan, en het zwembad bood een heerlijke manier om thuis te ontspannen. We hebben genoten van de barbecues op de veranda met het prachtige uitzicht. Alles was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, wat ons verblijf extra aangenaam maakte.
Het zwembadgedeelte is uitnodigend en er staan ligstoelen in de buurt.
Groot genoeg voor onze groep. De keuken was zeer goed uitgerust om samen maaltijden te bereiden, waardoor het gezellig was om met z'n allen te eten.
Een charmante plek met een uitstekende barbecueplek!
Ik zou iedereen aanraden hier een stop te maken als ze naar Portocristo gaan en op zoek zijn naar een fijn plekje dichtbij het centrum. Alles voelde simpel aan en niet overdreven ingewikkeld, waardoor er meer tijd was voor plezier.
Het huis bood precies wat twee personen nodig hadden na een dag vol avontuur. Het zwembad zorgde voor verkoeling onder de zon terwijl we genoten van onze drankjes.

Perfecte locatie, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het prachtige strand, rustige en serene buurt, een ideale plek voor een vredig familie-uitje. De woning is uitgerust met alles wat nodig is voor de ultieme vakantie, alles was netjes en ordelijk.
