The exteriors of this property will allow you to relax in the way you most want. It has a 70m2 furnished terrace where you can read the newspaper under the parasol, sunbathe comfortably on the sun loungers, cool off under the outdoor shower or have a wonderful and tasty barbecue. It also has two porches surrounded by a garden area: one located at the front of the house and another in front of the kitchen and with direct access to it. There is an outdoor parking space with capacity for one car.

The interior area is bright and has views to the outside. It consists of a spacious 35m2 fully furnished living-dining room, an independent kitchen equipped with all the appliances and elements necessary to prepare delicious dishes, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The bedrooms all have closets and portable fans. The first is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer. The second also has a double bed and the third, two single beds. If you come with a baby, please let us know so we can have a crib and high chair ready for you.

There is another bathroom with a shower that also serves as a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Porto Colom is known for its traditional fishing port where its fishermen leave early in the morning with their small boats out to sea. This area has a wide variety of sandy beaches and very close coves such as Cala Murada or Cala Marçal, among others. In the Cala Millor area, just 15 minutes by car, you will find the Safari Zoo and several playgrounds.

If you prefer sports such as golf, canoeing or cycling, you are in the ideal area to practice them. For golf lovers we recommend visiting the Vall d'Or Golf Course, in the town of s'Horta. For canoes and bicycles, you will find shops where they rent them in the center of Portocolom.
In addition, this coastal town has a wide and varied nightlife area with many restaurants and pubs where you can have fun and enjoy the nightlife and atmosphere to the fullest.
