The single-story house is surrounded by trees and has wonderful views of the countryside. On the front porch you can enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones or have an afternoon coffee. The private chlorine pool with a size of 8m x 4m and a depth of between 1.4m to 1.7m is ideal for a refreshing dip. Upstairs, the terrace not only offers unobstructed views, but also four sun loungers for sunbathing. On clear days you can even see the Bay of Alcúdia! The plot is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy as there are no neighbors next door.
The porch gives access to the living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite television. The open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The bedrooms have two single beds each, air conditioning and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house. If you are traveling with your baby, we provide a crib and a high chair.
Surrounded by a field of almond trees, the property is just 5 kilometers from the northern coast and the fine beach of Can Picafort. This long beach is not only wonderful for families with children, but also for lovers of water sports. In Can Picafort there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants of all kinds Рin short everything you need for your stay. Mallorca offers much more than sea and beach, and for this reason, we recommend a visit to the old town of Alc̼dia, the S'Albufera Natural Park, the Campanet Caves or the Formentor Lighthouse. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. Ik zou deze plek zonder enige twijfel zeker nog eens kiezen. Het terras boven bood een prachtig uitzicht over het landschap en er waren ook een paar plekjes om te zonnebaden. Voor een familievakantie is het echt een van de leukste plekken die ik de afgelopen tijd heb bezocht.
Prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding gezien wat je allemaal krijgt: een schoon huisje, privé zwembad en genoeg ruimte om comfortabel te ontspannen met zijn allen.
Een fantastische plek midden in een mandelbos! Heel rustiek en met veel privacy.
Het was prettig dat we alles dichtbij hadden, supermarkten en stranden waren lekker vlakbij waardoor dingen eenvoudig verliepen.
Voor ons was dit een perfecte accommodatie! Wij hebben onze koffie op de veranda genoten en de omgeving in ons opgenomen. Het zwembad was ook echt een goede manier om te gaan.
De aankomst verliep vlot en ik voelde me snel thuis. De woonkamer was voorzien van airconditioning, wat erg prettig was na een dag buiten. De keuken had alles wat ik nodig had om te koken. Het voelde als een tweede thuis, met doordachte details die mijn verblijf comfortabel maakten.
Er was een ruime kamer met aparte bedden in de slaapkamers. Als je hier wilt verblijven, kun je het nog eens bekijken.
Aanvankelijk maakte ik me zorgen over de afstand tot alle attracties, maar vanaf deze locatie ging de verhuizing heel soepel.
De slaapkamer bood ruimte voor twee aparte bedden, wat perfect was. De airconditioning zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. Kortom, alles werkte uitstekend.
Zoektocht naar rust en dit huisje voldeed perfect. Omgeven door bomen, de uitzichten waren heel kalmerend. De veranda was fantastisch voor barbecues. We hebben veel tijd doorgebracht bij het privézwembad dat verfrissend was na een dag op Mallorca.
