Omschrijving

The exteriors of this two-story house are very beautiful. On the -1 floor there is exclusively the garden, a cozy place with grass where you can enjoy the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers or where you can read a book or listen to music in calm. On the other hand, on the main floor where the house is located, they have a wonderful terrace perfectly furnished to organize delicious breakfasts or barbecues while contemplating the views of the fields. Privacy is partial since it is a house in the town.

Upon entering the home, pure delicacy, comfort, warmth and peace are palpable. The living-dining room is the perfect place to eat together and then relax watching television, next to the air conditioning. Next, you enter the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, industrial-style appliances and a small island with two stools. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms to rest in, all with a wardrobe and one of them with access to the terrace. One offers a trundle bed and the other two have a double bed. One of the latter two also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub that serves the entire house. At their disposal they have a crib and a high chair, three fans and three radiators. Please note that fireplaces are decorative.

Selva is a town with unmatched charm known for being located at the foot of the protected Sierra de Tramuntana. The routes along the roads, trails and mountains will lead you to towns and privileged places such as Moscari, Caimari, Campanet or the Monastery of Lluc. In the rainy months, you cannot miss Ses Fonts Ufanes, underground fountains that burst forth with great force after heavy rains. In terms of necessary services, you will not lack anything since you have everything you may need at your fingertips, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. In Inca, especially, they are all even older and, of course, they cannot miss their traditional market on Thursday mornings. As for the beach, the closest one, Playa de Muro, is less than 27 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
