The garden surrounded by dirt and grass invites you to enjoy the tranquility. Two fully furnished porches invite you to celebrate evenings with your family, perhaps preparing a great barbecue? Meanwhile, the little ones in the family can entertain themselves in the beautiful playground. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

The property is distributed in two single-story buildings. In the main house there are three bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a shower. For our smallest guests we will prepare a crib and a high chair. The living room is very cozy, where you can watch satellite television or simply rest. The kitchen-dining room is independent and has a ceramic hob, it has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. The house is equipped with central heating for the winter months. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom.

In the second building there is a gas stove and a bathroom with a shower. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is in the countryside but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the town of Sencelles, a charming place in the center of the island. There is a small supermarket, a bank, restaurants and everything you need for your stay. However, a car is necessary, on the one hand to get to the beach and on the other to move around the island. If you like home cooking, we recommend going to a celler, typical Mallorcan restaurants where you can try all the good things the island has to offer. On Wednesdays the weekly market takes place in Sineu, the most traditional on the island. Market stalls, full of fruits, vegetables, clothing, crafts and jewelry.
