The garden, with wonderful simplicity and beauty, is the perfect place to relax feeling the sea breeze while chatting as a family on the terrace with a delicious breakfast, or lying in the sun on the two sun loungers and having fun watching the little ones of the family run around on the grass. At mid-morning, you'll probably feel like leaving the house and taking a short 5-minute walk to the beach with crystal-clear waters and white sand.

The house, with 120 m2 built, has a large living room, open to the dining room, as soon as you enter. Here you can watch television and relax on the sofa with views of the garden. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, all the necessary utensils and a small folding table with stools in case you want to have tea or coffee while preparing a takeaway snack, or an appetizer while preparing an exquisite dinner. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms with a shower, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. As for the bedrooms, they have four in total with a closet and ceiling fan on the first floor. Two of them have a double bed, another with two single beds and a room with a single bed and access to a wonderful terrace. Additionally, in any of them there is space to accommodate a crib and a high chair if needed.

S'Illot is a quiet coastal urbanization, belonging to the municipality of Manacor, with beautiful sandy beaches and several shops, bars, restaurants, and much more. It really is a second home with a Mediterranean feel in one of the best areas of the island. Enjoy your choice and turn every day into a new adventure!
