The exteriors of this house radiate joy and tranquility thanks to the green of the garden and the white touch, which gives it a maritime air. On the porch, next to the chlorine pool, measuring 8.5 x 4.5 m and with a depth of 1.2 to 2 m, you can enjoy an exquisite breakfast or a barbecue while contemplating the views of the mountains. Surrounding the pool there are up to 6 sun loungers for sunbathing. If you feel like taking a quick shower without having to go inside the house, there is a bathroom in the pool area. The plot is fenced and has some neighbors around.
On the ground floor of the house you will find a living-dining room, where you can relax watching satellite television, a DVD movie or simply contemplating the views outside. At the exit of the living room there is a fantastic terrace for family meals. The kitchen is quite spacious and is equipped with a gas hob. Then they have two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with two single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them also has access to the same terrace that the room has. On the upper floor, a third bedroom with wardrobe, air conditioning and double bed has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. They have up to two fans at their disposal, and for the winter the house has oil central heating. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house, located about 300 m from Vilafranca, in Pla de Mallorca, and surrounded by a rural environment with agricultural activity, has easy access to many beach areas in Levante, through the Ma-15 highway. Vilafranca is a charming little town, where you will find everything you need during your stay. About 11 km away is the small town of Manacor, ideal for larger purchases. Approximately 25 km away you have the beach of Porto Cristo, and many more beaches in different directions such as Porto Colom, Cala Morlanda or Cala Magraner. Wednesdays in the town of Sineu, 20 min. By car, you can visit the local market and try one of its gastronomic specialties.
Air conditioning is available for 10 hours a day free of charge. The predefined schedule is from 21:30-22:00 to 07:30-08:00 hrs, although it is possible to choose it. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend. Met name het zwembad en de veranda rechtvaardigen de prijs ruimschoots.
De bedden waren erg comfortabel en de airconditioning hield de kamer de hele nacht koel, zodat we heerlijk konden slapen.
Vanuit deze locatie was alles perfect op eigen houtje te verkennen. De nabijheid van Vilafranca betekende korte afstanden, terwijl de rust van de plek een ware oase vormde. Goede wegverbindingen zorgden voor snelle uitstapjes naar het strand.
Dankzij de rustige nachten kon ik volledig ontspannen, en de aanwezigheid van twee badkamers maakte de ochtendroutine in onze groep een stuk gemakkelijker.
Het buitenterrein bij het zwembad bood uitstekende faciliteiten om na het zwemmen even op te frissen, wat ik erg prettig vond.
De wifi werkte voldoende om mijn werk zonder enige onderbreking af te ronden. Er waren geen verbindingsproblemen.
Satelliet-tv had een uitgebreide zenderkeuze die ik erg waardeerde. Het zwembad was fijn en privé, en dankzij de goede airconditioning heb ik 's nachts prima geslapen.
In het dorp hing een rustige en ontspannende sfeer met een privé zwembad en veranda waar ik heerlijk kon ontspannen.
De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was beter dan verwacht. De keuken was schoon en goed uitgerust, en de wasmachine was erg handig tijdens ons verblijf van een week.
Doordat ik direct voor de garage kon parkeren, was het uitladen na een lange autorit veel gemakkelijker. 's Avonds genoot ik ervan om met een glas wijn op het terras te zitten en het uitzicht te bewonderen.
Overal was het schoon, van hoge kwaliteit en voorzien van alles wat nodig was. Het zwembad was ruim en de locatie was rustig en stil.
Een uiterst aangenaam huis in Villafranca, We voelden ons zeer comfortabel, Er was zelfs een babybedje voorzien voor onze jongste, De verhuurders zijn ongelooflijk aardig, We zouden het huis op elk moment opnieuw huren,
We waren erg blij met het huis en het zwembad, de verhuurder was uiterst gastvrij en meegaand, alles was zeer schoon, er waren twee gezinnen en iedereen was blij,
Geweldige finca, perfect startpunt om het eiland in welke richting dan ook te verkennen, alles was extreem schoon, de eigenaar is uiterst vriendelijk en meegaand! Wij hebben niets gemist en het uitzicht op de omgeving is fantastisch! Wij zouden zeker terugkomen,
We hebben echt genoten van het pand en de buitenruimte! Vooral het zwembad was uitstekend! Toni was ook erg gastvrij en de communicatie verliep vlot! :)
We vonden het landschap geweldig, het was er ongelooflijk vredig, de eigenaar was buitengewoon gastvrij, alles was super! Een echte aanrader!
Een uiterst mooi gelegen huis met een fantastisch zwembad en een adembenemend uitzicht, De eigenaar is uiterst vriendelijk en draagt gelijke zorg voor het huis en de bewoners, Hij geeft individuele tips voor het verblijf en is zeer bezorgd over de bezoekers, We voelden ons zeer op ons gemak !
