The exteriors are spectacular, cool off in its 9.5 x 4 m salt pool with a minimum depth of 1.1 and a maximum depth of 1.7 m. Relax on one of its 6 sun loungers and enjoy the tranquility of the area. If you like to cook outdoors, there is a barbecue to prepare exquisite dishes. It has 2 terraces, 1 of them located on the ground floor, it is fully equipped from where you can enjoy unbeatable views. The porch is equipped with 1 sofa, 3 chairs and a small table so you can spend great evenings with your family and friends.

The 350 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, both equipped with air conditioning), and 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. It also has access to 1 private terrace. There is availability for 1 crib. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the house has 2 more bathrooms on the ground floor that serve the entire house, 1 with a shower and 1 with a toilet.

The living-dining room is very spacious and bright, relax on the sofas either watching Sat-TV, reading a book or simply resting. The dining area is equipped with a table and chairs. This room has air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, is fully equipped so that you can cook everything you want without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in a rural agricultural environment. Vilafranca de Bonany is a small charming town, where you will find different shops with fruits and vegetables grown by the same owners. 10 km away you will find Manacor, a small city with a wide range of shops and leisure activities. You cannot miss a visit to “The Drach Caves”, in Porto Cristo, which are a set of 4 caves connected to each other; These have been formed by the influx of water from the Mediterranean Sea. They house a large underground lake, called Lake Martel (Llac Martel), about 115 m long and 30 m wide. Live classical music concerts are offered daily on this lake. You can cross the lake by boat at the end of the concert. In the different coves in the area, you will find tourist boats that will take you to visit the entire eastern part of the island. The town of Sineu is just 20 minutes away by car. On Wednesdays you can enjoy the local market, the oldest in Mallorca, and try different gastronomic varieties.

If you prefer the beach, from Vilafranca you can access it in just 30 minutes. We recommend the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom, Cala Mandia and many more. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
