The Mallorcan-style estate invites you to spend holidays in a very authentic environment. The private salt pool has a size of 8m x 5m and a depth between 0.6m and 1.9m. Around there are six sun loungers that are ideal for sun lovers. A charming patio and beautiful views of the town are ideal for long evenings outdoors, perhaps a delicious barbecue? After swimming in the pool you can shower outside thanks to the outdoor shower. On the first floor there is another terrace that overlooks the pool and the town. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

On the ground floor there is the rustic dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, a bathroom with shower, as well as a living room with a wood stove and satellite television. The stairs go to the first floor with three bedrooms with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. One double bedroom has air conditioning, the rest has a fan. A bathroom with shower completes the equipment. In winter you will not be cold thanks to the central heating. If you travel with your baby, we provide a crib and a high chair.

This authentic villa is located in the center of Vilafranca de Bonany, which belongs to the Pla de Mallorca area. The environment is basically rural, characterized by agriculture, long wheat fields, green meadows and old mills. The town center has everything you need for your vacation, among the services there is a grocery store, a bank, cafes and restaurants. The market takes place every Wednesday and there you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The closest beach is Puerto Cristo, but there are many more beautiful beaches to visit: Cales de Mallorca, Cala Murada or the natural beach of Cala Varques. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
