The exteriors of this house have a special charm thanks to its sunny terrace with a pool and a simple garden corner. The pool, surrounded by natural stone, invites you to cool off on hot days either by taking a dip or sitting quietly on the steps while accompanied by rays of sun, a book and the coolness of the water. Although you can also sunbathe on one of the 8 sun loungers around you. The pool is chlorine and has dimensions of 10 x 4 m and a depth of between 1.1 and 1.4 m. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off before enjoying an exquisite outdoor barbecue, under a large umbrella, prepared on the gas barbecue.

Recently renovated with exquisite taste and a modern style, this two-story house has a spacious living room, with air conditioning and television, open to the kitchen. It is equipped with an induction hob and an island with stools. Then, they access the dining room where they have a large glass table for 8 people. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There are four bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, one with a double bed located on the main floor (adapted for people with reduced mobility), and another three on the upper floor. Of these three, one has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the terrace, while the other two have two single beds. In any of them we can prepare a crib and a high chair for them. There are two more bathrooms with a shower that serve the entire house, one downstairs (also adapted for people with reduced mobility) and another upstairs.

The property is located within the town of Vilafranca de Bonany, although it is located about 350 m from the center, where you will find all the essential services you need. This area is very appropriate to enjoy a long walk or an excursion. In fact, the environment is rural and agricultural activity. Through the MA-15, they have a direct link with different beaches and coves in the Levante such as, for example, Porto Cristo, about 24 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
