The house has air conditioning, central heating and ADSL Internet access with WiFi.Apart from the garden level, there is a large patio with a barbecue, a bench, parasols, tables and chairs for outdoor meals, plus an outdoor shower room with shower and toilet for cleaning up after the beach, and indoor parking for 3 cars (the open spaces are to be shared with any tenants on the first floor of the house).There is a 3.5m Happiecat catamaran parked on the patio.Chatt Meriem is a seaside village.
