Welcome to this beautiful holiday home located in Källa, right by Ölands Golf Club on North Öland, built in 2021, really breathes freshness and here you have all the amenities you need. In the open kitchen you have plenty of space to prepare nice meals, here you have most of what you need and a dishwasher. The house has large living areas with a dining table, kitchen island and a comfortable sofa group to lean back in with a TV. The house offers 4 nice bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with a single bed each and one with a bunk bed. The nicely tiled bathroom with underfloor heating has a toilet, shower and washing machine. Outside, you have a large patio deck at the back with a dining set, sun loungers and a grill. There is also a patio with lounge furniture at the front. Located next to Ölands Golf Club with its 18-hole course and the popular restaurant Källa Mat & Café, the area also offers scenic walking paths and the Ölandsleden trail. In summer, don’t miss Källa Glassgård for its famous ice cream. The west coast is 2.5 km away and the east coast 4 km, with excellent swimming at Sandbybadet and its sandy dunes. Löttorp (4 km) offers dining and shopping, with a cycling path connecting the area, and four simple bicycles are available for guest use. Explore North Öland’s beaches, farm shops, cafés, pebble shores at Byxelkrok, sandy Böda Beach, and family favorite Lådbilslandet. Note: No parties are allowed in the house. Pets are not allowed. Not allowed to charge electric cars.

Ik vond het er rustig en vredig, waardoor de ochtenden aangenaam en kalm verliepen. De vloerverwarming in de badkamer maakte het extra gezellig.
Na onze uitstapjes genoten we ervan om samen te komen in de knusse woonkamer. Er was genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om comfortabel bij elkaar te zijn.
We waren blij dat de keuken alles had wat we nodig hadden, vooral de vaatwasser. Er was precies genoeg ruimte om te eten en we hebben genoten van diners aan de grote eettafel met vrienden.
De ligstoelen achter in de tuin waren perfect voor ontspannen middagen. Heerlijk.
Een fijne plek om uit te rusten na lange dagen de stranden en cafés van Öland te hebben verkend. Alles was schoon en werkte naar behoren, we zouden zeker terugkomen.
Gemakkelijk te verkennen met de fiets. Het ligt dicht bij beide kusten, waardoor dagtochten met de rugzak eenvoudig en stressvrij zijn.
Ik heb het hier fantastisch gehad! Het ligt vlakbij de golfclub en prachtige wandelpaden. Ideaal voor een korte vakantie.
Precies wat we nodig hadden voor een weekendje weg. Het tweepersoonsbed voelde heerlijk aan na drukke dagen de nabijgelegen stranden te hebben verkend.
Barbecueën op het terras met goede vrienden is gewoon heerlijk! We hebben genoten van onze avonden daar, gezellig kletsend onder de sterrenhemel.
