Welcome to this wonderful turn-of-the-century house with a lakeside location in idyllic Systertorp just outside Kristdala - a place for those of you looking for peace, nature and relaxation in beautiful surroundings. Here you live with nature right outside your door and within walking distance of both the lake and pond. The lake is only about 670 meters from the house and you can glimpse the pond from the house. For nice summer days there is a nice swimming area by the lake, only 3 km away. The house is surrounded by a large garden with plenty of space for playing and socializing where you can enjoy the scenic view. There is outdoor furniture, a balcony and a wonderful glass-enclosed veranda where you can enjoy. Inside you will be greeted by beautiful details and generous social areas. The large halls with living room and dining room create a lovely atmosphere for socializing and spending time together. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing your holiday meals. On the entrance floor there are two bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds each. Upstairs you will find another nice living room with TV and two bedrooms, also with two single beds in each room. The house also has bathrooms on both floors, which makes the accommodation comfortable even for larger groups. There is a wood stove in the kitchen and a wood-burning stove in the living room that may be used by guests with experience of heating. Please note that the house's beautiful tiled stoves are only decorative and is not allowed to burn in. The house is not rented to youth groups. It is not allowed to charge electric cars. The house is left in a nice, clean condition. Bring your own sheets and towels. With its fantastic view of the Småland landscape, the beautiful turn-of-the-century charm and the proximity to both the lake and nature, this is a perfect accommodation for those of you who want to enjoy relaxing days in the Småland countryside while being close to swimming, forests and nice excursion destinations.
