The house is situated near a forest at the end of a road with a view of the mountains, in a very quiet location. There is a fountain under the porch roof belonging to the farmhouse. On the south side there is a seating area with a chemineé, garden table, benches and chairs. The flat itself is on the 1st floor and is heated with pellets.
