We have built a beautiful new house with a total of 4 flats in 2023. The flats are modern and lovingly furnished. The flat has 2 modern bathrooms. The flat is on the 1st floor with mountain view and access via 1 staircase to the terrace with evening sun! On request also bookable for 6 persons.

Outside / surroundings
Our holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Laret by the village fountain. In 2022/2023 we rebuilt the house. The valley run Laret, is in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus can also be reached in just 2 minutes. Some of the hiking trails start from the house. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The village center Samnaun can be reached with a beautiful hike in 45 minutes. By car about 5 minutes.
Tourist tax and final cleaning not included in the price and to be paid locally: Visitor's tax 4.- CHF per person and night (from 16 years). Final cleaning 160.- CHF On request also bookable for 5 or 6 persons.
