Pleasant apartment surrounded by pasture lands, entirely renovated in 2016/2017 and near a peaceful small village in the Franches-Montagnes. Calm grand-floor flat, terrace with a gas-fired barbecue grill and a view over the Pré-Petitjean hamlet. The land around the house is entirely fenced off, thus ensuring maximum security for young children. Ideal starting point for walks, cycling, cross-country skiing, or horseriding. Holiday accommodation comprising two bedrooms, one eat-in kitchen, one living room and one bathroom. Master bedroom: 160cm/200cm double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. Parents may install a children's cot for their child if they so wish. Additional room for children/second couple: 140cm/200cm double bed, 90cm/190cm bunk bed, hanging space and a few shelves for clothes. Baby-phone and extra cot available. Open living room: a folding settee that sleeps two, a French-style fireplace, a play corner with a small table for children, flat-screen TV, DVD Blu-ray player, Bluetooth radio, WiFi Dining nook: a corner between the living room and the kitchen, with a table that can seat up to 10 people. Kitchen: with a table that seat up to six people. Microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, tableware for 12 people, dish towels, raclette grill... Bathroom: bathtub, hairdryer, towels available, children's tub available. Washing machine/tumble dryer available. Regarding pets: Animals are welcome but are not allowed into bedrooms for reasons of hygiene. It is possible to ask for a dish for water and food. The region offers plenty of walks with your four-legged companions. Family-friendly features: Children are welcome. You'll find a play corner in the living room with a small table. A cupboard with games and books is available for children. The area surrounding the house provides plenty of scope for nice trips and games as a family. A playground is available.
