The nearest shopping facilities (COOP, bakery, bank, etc.) can be reached on foot in 5 - 6 minutes. The nearest ski slope is at the Waldhotel, approx. 200 metres from the property. From there you can ski down to the Tschuggen chairlift or the Weisshorn cable car at the railway station. Various walking and hiking trails also start at the Waldhotel, including the ‘Eichhörnliweg’.
The ‘Rathaus’ stop for the free local bus, which runs every 10 minutes during the day in the winter season and every 30 minutes in summer, is a 4-5 minute walk away. From there you can reach the ‘Inner-Arosa’ ski school in 3 minutes travelling time.
