Beautiful, modern, fully furnished holiday home with approximately 170m2 of living space on three levels. The house was built in the year 2011 and has hardly been used, which is why it appears very new. Large windows fronts in the living area bring a lot of light and sun into the house. It is located in the quiet village of Cumbel in a prime location with good sun exposure and breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley opposite. The house offers a loggia/balcony as well as several outdoor areas/seatings. This fully-equipped holiday house additionally offers the followoing: charcoal grill/gas grill, fire place, several sun loungers for outside, two relaxing armchairs electronically adjustable for inside, ski boot warmer, baby bed and much more. Handsoap, showergel, wood for the fire place and coffee capsules are availalbe and included in the price.
