The kitchenette was renewed in 2025 and features 2 cooking hobs (plus one additional mobile), an oven, a dishwasher, and two coffee machines (Nespresso + drip coffee). Other amenities include a bathroom (completely renovated in 2025), toilet, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The house also has a washing machine, a dryer, and storage rooms for skis, bicycles, and luggage.

Outside / surroundings
The cozy studio is located on the first floor of the "Milimatta" house, a multi-family building predominantly inhabited by local families. The tranquil surroundings are complemented by lawn areas that can be used for relaxation or play. A free parking space is available right in front of the house. The location is particularly suitable for sports enthusiasts: The cross-country skiing trail and a paragliding school are only 200 meters away.
