The 50 m² upper flat has a cosy living room with a seating area and corner bench, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with a total of six beds, a WC with shower and an anteroom. Washing machine and tumble dryer for both flats are in an adjoining room. The cosy atmosphere is complemented by heating with a heat pump in the living room and direct electric heating in the WC.The outdoor area invites you to linger with a garden chimney, a table tennis table, a sunbathing lawn, a sandpit and a Hollywood swing. Each flat has its own seating area, inviting you to relax in the idyllic surroundings.
