The house is located in the upper part of the village, a 15-minute walk from the village centre. 100 metres from the bus stop and an excellent bakery. Leukerbad has a picturesque village centre, 2 mountain railways (Gemmi and Torrent), several thermal baths, a well-equipped sports centre and many shops and restaurants.The house has a lift and the flat has a single garage. There are also 9 parking spaces on both sides of the house. Shared use of the garden seating area. In the basement there is a ski room and a communal laundry room.The living room and bedrooms were renovated and refurnished in 2021.The two bedrooms each have a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe.
