The 3 1/2-room apartment accommodates 1 to 4 guests. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen and two foldable beds, as well as a bathroom. The southwest balcony offers an unobstructed view of the Valais four-thousand-meter peaks. The apartment is well-maintained, very clean, and fully equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, dishwasher, elevator access, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer. In winter, a lockable ski room with a modern shoe drying and disinfection system is available. In summer, a sunbathing lawn with a barbecue area invites you to linger. All apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Outside / surroundings
The House Südlenz is centrally located on the Riederalp, just a few minutes' walk from the mountain station of the gondola lift. In winter, it is directly next to the ski slopes, not far from the ski school meeting point and the children's lift. Restaurants, sports shops, and shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot. In summer, the house offers ideal conditions for hiking in the Aletsch forest or to the glacier. The nearby golf course is also easily reachable. The hosting family, who are active in mountain sports themselves, lives in the house and is happy to provide advice.
