Arriving by car is simplified by the included car park directly at the property and children up to 12 years stay free of charge (without laundry package).A modern and bright atmosphere awaits you inside the house, which was completed in September 2020. The 40 m² living space is divided into a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC, an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with double bed and sliding-door wardrobe and a children's room with two single beds. A satellite TV with internet access provides entertainment, while the spacious corner sofa with sleeping function offers additional comfort.The outdoor area of the house comprises a 250 m² plot with a small garden and a terrace with seating and barbecue facilities for relaxing outdoors.
