On the outskirts of Locarno, in an ideal location near the Maggia Delta and Lido, we rent out our cosy 2-room holiday flat (approx. 50 m2) for 2 people with a large balcony on the 4th floor (lift) of an apartment building with views to the south, west and north, covered parking space included. The "Sacra Famiglia" bus stop is right next to the house (bus no. 4 goes to Migros, the centre and the train station).- The Vitaparcours is directly in front of the house.- The Lido, indoor swimming pool and Lido football stadium as well as the "Publico" (sandy beach) and and parks on the lake 5 minutes on foot.- Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.- Tennis and minigolf can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot. - Shopping facilities MM and Denner can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot. - The Piazza Grande (Moon & Stars, film festival, shops) can be reached in approx. 12 minutes on foot.- The Maggia can be reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot- Locarno main railway station can be easily reached in approx. 20 minutes along the lakeside promenade.
